Please advise our reception staff of any faults with our service utilities.
Internet
Free WiFi is available to all of our site holders. Please enquire at reception if you need an account set up to access our hotspot. This will allow unlimited data for up to 5 devices.
Power
Power is included in your site licence. Please be mindful of usage. Each power pod runs 2 to 4 separate sites. Faulty appliances and overuse of power may lead to shared circuit overloading. In this case the pod circuit will break and the switch will need to be reset on the pod. If this occurs you will need to lower your power usage or disconnect the faulty appliance before flicking the circuit switch back on. If there is a fault with the power at the pod you will need to notify reception.
The holiday park is responsible for the power within the park to your input station – the power pod. From the power pod is the site holders responsibility. If there is a power fault please check your connections if the fault is not at the pod you may need to phone an electrician. Call-outs which are not park faults may be charged. Please check that your connections are safe regularly.
Water
Water is included in your site licence. Please be mindful of usage. Regularly check that your hoses and hose connections do not have any leaks. Please inform reception of any leaking water in the park.
Park Access Barriers & Access Cards
The access barrier arms are there prevent unauthorised persons from entering the park grounds. You MUST NOT manually lift these as this off-sets the mechanics and causes faults. You MUST NOT grant access to any unauthorised person(s) who is/are not signed in. Please inform us if you lose your access card so that we can disable it. We can re-activate your card if you find it. New access cards are available at the reception at $25 per card.
Dump Station
The Dump Station is likely to be decommissioned when the septic system is upgraded. Unfortunately there appears to be no way around this though we are still investigating any alternative options. Site-holders are urged to look at alternative methods to dispose of septic waste. We will update you when we have further information.
Baby wipes are NOT to be disposed of in any park toilets or the dump station as these cause problems with our septic system which is costly to remedy.
