The Port Waikato Holiday Park has a number of long term semi-permanent sites which are licensed annually. Our fees vary depending on the site size available.
As our semi-permanent licence holders own their buildings they will often sell the building or annex to a purchaser who will also apply to take over the site licence. We do not currently have any vacant sites for new site holder licences, however, if you are looking for a long term site for more than just a week or two speak to our receptionists about your needs, we may be able to help.
Most often our site holders will list their buildings and sites on Facebook Marketplace – keep a look out here if you are looking to purchase a long term vacation spot!
Our site holder terms include:
- Site holders are permitted to stay overnight up to 100 calendar days per year with a maximum of 50 consecutive nights at a time.
- Site holders are able to nominate up to 5 overnight guests to their sites throughout the year – free of charge.
- Free power, water and use of all of our communal facilities are included in the licence.
